Our 3 bedroomed Cosalt Torbay Static Caravan is brand new to the rental market for Easter 2006.
We have equipped the caravan to the highest standards with everything bought brand new for this season.
Our caravan will be cleaned in between each let ensuring our high standards are always maintained.
We chose our pitch with you, our guests in mind. The pitch is south facing, meaning that as long as the sun is shining, you will benefit from it.
The area to the rear of the caravan is a wide, lawned area which is screened by hedges making a lovely private area for sunbathing or just chilling.
The cute fun train passes our caravan and runs all day taking guests to Main Resort and back again.

The Living Room
is furnished in a contemporary style with a terracotta colour scheme running throughout.
Triple aspect windows and door let in lots of light to the room giving a bright and airy feel.
Deep cushioned wrap around sofas provide comfortable seating and the dining area benefits from a beech extendable dining table.
A modern gas fire provides plenty of warmth during chilly spells and makes for a cosy atmosphere.
For your entertainment, we have installed a tv and dvd player, a freeview box providing over 30 tv channels and a cd stereo system.
The Kitchen
is fully fitted with contemporary styled beech units and black granite effect worktops.
Fully equipped for your stay, the kitchen comprises full gas oven, grill and hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board along with all crockery and utensils.
There is even a fully equipped picnic hamper for your days on the beach!

The Bedrooms
We have three bedrooms comprising a double room and two twin bedrooms.
All bedrooms have comfortable beds, wardrobes and cupboards and are all light and airy rooms.
We purposely didn't buy a caravan with impractical bunk beds, allowing for more space and comfort for our guests.
We provide duvets and pillows for you. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. There is a launderette available within Skyline Caravan Village.
A hairdryer is provided.

The Shower Room
is again very modern in design with walk in shower with glass door and a vanity basin with large mirror and storage units.
We have a separate wc which has its own small wash basin and large mirror.

Outside
the caravan, we have our own dedicated parking space along with a patio area. Wide lawns surround the caravan.
